Welcome to the Surrey Hills where your biking adventure awaits...
Peaslake has become a well known location among Mountain Bikers and for good reason, it is right in the centre of the Surrey Hills with over 3000 acres of forest to explore.
The Surrey Hills is one of 38 designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in England and Wales and is a regional centre for Mountain Biking. The Greensand Hills, Leith Hill and the Hurtwood, in particular are seen as offering some of the best mountain bike terrain for extensive off-road cycling in the country.
We offer two drop off/collection points within easy access of the most famous trails that the area has to offer. We can drop/collect bikes to the nearest station in Gomshall (if arriving by train) or directly to Peaslake where most of the mountain bikers meet.
Peaslake has a village store selling freshly baked pastries. There is also a great pub, The Hurtwood Inn, which offers excellent food and local beers.
There is also a fab cycle shop called Pedal and Spoke selling everything Santa Cruz.
If you end up in the Holmbury Hill neck of the woods be sure to take a 10 minute ride into Holmbury St Mary and re-fuel at Heartwork coffee Bar for friendly vibes and super coffee!
